A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US, Europe & China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 5-15 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary based on customer location and from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will usually take between 2-5 business days. If you haven't received your tracking number after 5 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us.

A. Yes, shipping is Free Worldwide on most items.
Q. Do you offer warranty service?
A. Yes, We offer a 1 year warranty that ensures that covers everything. This includes refunds and replacements after our standard 14 days refund/return policy
Q. My product is defective, what do I do?
If you received a product that isn't working, you need to film/video the damaged or non-working product and send it to us. Once determined that it is broken, you will receive a 100% free replacement. You also do not need to send the broken product back to us.

A. We are based in The Netherlands and work directly with manufactures supplying you high-quality products from overseas: China.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
